Standard-Packing
Cardboard tubes with plastic end caps.
As these consist of normal cardboard it can be disposed with the usual paper waste.
Should it be necessary a wooden slat can be attached to increase the stability of the cardboard tube.
Despatch in wooden boxes
Should maximum transportation security be required we pack the tubes in wooden crates. This is often used for export shipments. With shipments by sea material has to be seaworthy packed which means the tubes have to be additionally packed into foil and dryer being included too.
All wooden boxes are stamped according to ISPM 15.
Packing of Coiled tubes
Coiled tubes are supplied on wooden spools or in loose coils. They are surrounded by stretched foil and sent out on palettes.
Packing of Bundles
With sufficient stability of the tubes, eg with a heavy wall thickness, tubes are sent out as a hexagonal bundle. Each hexagonal bundle is surrounded by foil and Lamiflex which is a mix of paper and press board. This protects the tubes in an optimal way.
