Our precision tubes are widely used for instruments involving analytical connections and controls for the processes that demands accurate and precise measurements. The main applications are in analyzing and measuring systems, pyrometry and manometry. In hospital environment, stainless steel, copper and titanium are the main grades commonly used for distribution of oxygen, medical gases, vacuum installations and other medical devices ranging from implants, screws, pins, and injection needles to surgical equipment. We are able to cut and deburr any diameter tubing in quantities from single lengths to thousands of pieces with standard tolerances of +/- 0.05 mm (0.002”). Precision tubing can be made to exact standards to meet customer requirements and is available with an inside diameter smaller than a human hair, but able to withstand many high pressure requirements.
Due to the highly corrosive nature of seawater, the tubes used must meet the highest requirements to ensure reliable performance. Our stock has a wide range of grades with different corrosion and fabrication properties. Up till now MST Edelstahlrohr GmbH has supplied many thousands of tons of tubes in stainless steel and nickel alloys which have been successfully installed in different marine engineering constructions. Our continuous, long lengths coil tubes can easily reach over 1500 meters, making long term maintenance and inspections easy since no fittings are used. This continuous long lengths tubing is ideal for high pressure fuel lines and hydraulic control applications.
MST Edelstahlrohr GmbH offers an extensive range of tubes in alloys capable of withstanding corrosive, high pressure and high temperature environments. On customized fabrications, these tubes are specially produced to solve the static and dynamic operational problems, reduce plant downtime, improve operational safety and enhance operational efficiency, e.g. in power plants and industrial furnaces. For alternative energy our tubes are used in solar elements and hydrogen refueling stations. Besides straight lengths we also have very long coils in diverse alloys available. These are ideal for geothermal applications e.g. transporting a heated liquid.
