Shipping and Payment

A Shipping costs and information:

Shipping of the goods is only possible to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be via DHL or a forwarding agent. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below.

If you wish to have it shipped to another country, please send us an email to kontakt@mst-edelstahlrohr.de before placing an order and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the relevant zip code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.

Shipping based on weight:
Our shipping costs depend on the weight, you can see the shipping weight for the respective item on the detail page:

DHL
1000 mm lengths = 25 € (package up to max. 20 kg gross)
2000 mm lengths = 70 € (package up to max. 32 kg gross)
3000 mm lengths = 80 € (package up to max. 32 kg gross)

Forwarding
6000 mm lengths = 185 €

If you select different lengths, the shipping costs for the longest length are automatically applied.

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

II. Detailed information on the individual payment options

1. Payment in advance by bank transfer

Conveniently transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within (...) days, stating the intended use. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail as part of the order processing. When paying by bank transfer, we grant x% discount on the gross value of the respective order.

2. Invoice

After receipt of the invoice, transfer the amount to be paid by you to our bank account within (14 days.

3. Cash on collection

You collect the goods yourself from us and pay on site in cash or by EC card. We will first inform you by e-mail that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this e-mail, you can pick up the goods by appointment at the following address:
